How's This for Good Mothering?

Tonight Audrey ate so much chicken for dinner that I actually ran out! When she asked for more I offered her a cookie instead! I guess she definitely earned it with her huge appetite!

She wasn't thrilled with the big flash in the studio and all of the imposing camera equipment but I have to say some of these turned out darn cute! 

First Day of Spring Candy Hunt!

Today is the first day of spring!! Hooray! Mitchell grew up having a candy hunt on the first day of spring so as to preserve the sacredness of the Easter holiday. We decided to carry on that fun tradition so today was our candy hunt! Audrey caught right on to the fact that there is candy inside the eggs and enjoyed finding them and loading up her basket. Her 2 year old attention span didn't last long enough though so there are still lots of eggs still hidden! There will be more hunting and finding all week I'm sure!
